We often ask ourself what do we dream so much and how can we work on making it to reality?
People are dreamers, yet most often than not, our dreams just stay dreams. We sometimes lack the enrgy and motivation to work on our dreams, might be because we dream too high for us to reach.
But hey, mountains are meant to be climbed. And there is always no easy way to reach that far, and while you are climbing the edge of the mountain, there will storms come your way and only your faith to believe in your dream will save you.

It always start with doing what you thought is impossible. Hate coffee? Today is actually the day that you try having one. Also, take everything in a slow pace, it´s always one after the other.
Find New Healthy Habits
Find something that is healthy not only mentally but in your overall health. Of course, it is better to have habbits that will also help you foster and grow into a better person.
A life without focus is just like riding a car without knowng which place to go.
Basically, you need to remind yourself of your goals and the need for you to focus on attaining your goals. To do so you can write down your top 3 priorities in your life, your most important goal and words that you always live by.
Life as they say is unpredictable, so why leave it that way? But if you have goals, why are you letting just life´s wave take you there when you can actually row a boat to go to where you wanted to?
